Quality furniture good Covid actions in place and was looked after well
Really great staff. Very helpful
I have given 3 stars because we ordered a dining suite which absolutely they nailed on all things customer service, delivery and after sales service. However we also had a nightmare with a sofa ordered at the same time as the dining suite. We ended up with a sofa after 5 months however this was on loan and not the one we ordered. That sofa never arrived and my husband had to haggle to get a reasonable credit back. We had decided to use the credit towards a new suite of furniture for our lounge. We were told at the end of October no chance of Xmas delivery and accepted that. Delivery was scheduled for 21st January we have now been told at least a week delay the saga continues. I would not recommend this company.
