Just like the other reviews, they are robbers in daylight. Not following the law and trying to rob customers off. That's if you even receive your order, which they will then claim was your fault if not delivered and REFUSE to refund the money!

I made an online purchase for a tap with this company as they provided a good price. An online purchase can be a leap of faith in the hope of no problems. Unfortunately I had lots of problems with the faulty tap and the manufacturer (1810 Company) was terrible, but East Coast were brilliant. They responded to my communications in a timely fashion, they lent me a temporary tap and then offered me an alternative product when things with the manufacturer didn't resolve. Recommended.

Posted on trustpilot as well : Ordered croma grey kitchen sink online. Much lighter in person than online advert showed so picture wrong, it's darker online. Enquired about returning which I accepted would be at my expense but no courier I could find would insure a kitchen sink as it's a heavy fragile prohibited item so if I insured it it would be invalid, even at £50+ postage. Eastcoast would arrange courier but no insurance, waste of time. If I did return the sink to Eastcoastkitchens, in their email(as proof) it said the sink would go in to quarantine for 14 days before they even opened the parcel to check for contents and damage before a refund of up to 30 days, is that a new government covid 19 rule????? Thought covid lasted up to 72 hours on stainless steel, does it last longer on a granite sink, wow who knew???!!!! Nothing in their terms and conditions about 14 days without even opening a parcel to check it at least. Sounds like the company is making the most of this pandemic not to provide quicker refunds, shame on them. Please please don't give this company your money, advert wrong and a returns process blaming covid 19 for drawn out refunds. Hope they lose business for making up their own rules

A good range of products at a reasonable price. Before purchasing some items I phoned as I had some questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. The items arrived well packaged and damage free. Recommended!

This is the most awful company i have come across. Please dont waste ur time and money buying from them. Customers are charged for delivery and if the product is not delivered they are least bothered. Very very poor service.
