Good store well laid out,very pleasant to be in back ground music @correct level not to hi so you can shop @leisure, dosent drive you out of shop like many l know those places l go only once they shoot themselves in the foot. Stuart
Poor customer service, after being informed twice that some one was on the way to cut some wood i was stood 15 minutes waiting and still no one turned up.
