Amazing service from Jamie Leigh at Nantgarw this evening felt very spoilt and made our evening.
Really happy with our experience at Frankie & Benny’s Nantgarw last week. The family and I came for brunch and the service was so good I had to write about it.
Despite everything going on in the world and the challenges that hospitality are facing, our waitress Fran was outstanding. From the moment we were welcomed in by her she was efficient, friendly and fun. We’ll deffo be back, thanks so much!
We went for dinner for a 7 year old birthday. The staff where very polite and extremely friendly. Food was cooked to perfection. The music was appropriately quiet. Due to one of our party having a medical condition we had made a request that was met with dignity and respect. Highly recommended.
Popped in for a spot of lunch today and was met by two lovely young ladies, the one sat us to our table and got us drinks and the other served us for the rest of the meal. We had such a pleasant experience we will definitely be coming again, thank you so much Caitlin and Kiah! You made our day with your cheerfulness.
Absolutely thrilled Nantgarw is still open. Best one around. Served by lovelykate today and it was amazing. Great interaction with the kids especially. Very good social distancing measures in place. Food was excellent. Will definitely be back soon
