We recently purchased our sons new bedroom furniture with Freitaslaf Net Ltd. I can truly say we are over the moon with the service we had and we are very happy with the quality of the furniture. We will certainly be back in the near future. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE!! Ordered a cooker from this company paid by credit card but did not receive a confirmation e-mail cooker was delivered 3 days later, upon removing the packaging the appliance was found to be severely damaged in 3 or more places with large chunks of enamel missing around the top of the appliance The cooker had obviously been packaged already damaged as there was no damage to the packaging at all. Upon trying to contact the company the phone just rang out continually, eventually a man answered and my wife explained the problem but he became very rude saying we had caused the damage and would not accept the cooker back, he then e-mailed a copy of his terms and conditions saying we should of sent it back within 3 days, it would of been nice to have received his terms along with confirmation at the point of purchase, I found his attitude both threatening and abusive AVOID.

Excellent communication and customer service. Bought table and benches. Extremely good quality. The driver helped unpack and took back the packaging that it came in.

Fantastic friendly speedy service, I ordered my furniture on Tuesday and was delivered on Wednesday. Quick responses to my questions that I had. Brilliant all round and would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you

Had some sofas delivered to and they are good the delivery was quick and the delivery person was polite and very helpful.Would recommend you.
