Although I don't practise Pilates, I had a chance to work alongside April on one of her classes and behind the scenes.
She did an amazing job, made everyone comfortable and welcoming, run an incredible class and stayed behind to make sure all questions were answered and everyone left happy.
Very confident instructor, knows her craft and a hard worker!

April’s Kirton based classes have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The exercises vary each week and often have an easier or harder version so you do what you feel comfortable doing. The time goes so quickly during the classes - it’s soon the lovely relaxation bit at the end!
After only 5 sessions of doing Pilates with April I am feeling so much better! Having tried all sorts to relieve pain from 3 bulging discs Pilates is working wonders and I definitely feel an improvement in such a short space of time!
Having never done Pilates I wasnt sure what to expect but April is lovely, so knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly. Would highly recommend!
