Great place to visit for family outings, dog walking, running, cycling and walking routes. Views from the craggy tops are stunning on a clear day. Safe, wide routes and more natural paths through woodlands make for nice combination. The recently renovated Labyrinth boardwalk is great, safe and accessible through the old rhodendendrons. Great woodland sculptures through the Labyrinth and main trackways add to the experience

Very popular and beautiful park for all. It is an uphill walk to the Beacon, with the main paths accessible for buggies, prams and possible wheelchairs if you are strong enough to push it up the hill. It can get busy but has enough room to social distance. The bottom car park has a cafe, a play area and a labyrinth to lose the children in. It also has a card payment machine so you don't have to panic search your car for those spare pennies to pay for parking😁😁. And sometimes there is an icecream van 🤗🤗

Real nice for a Saturday/Sunday walk. Did the hill twice, would recommend going up the first hill adjacent to the car park for a decent workout and some nice views too (you can see Nottingham on a clear day). The trail does have leaves on the ground this time of year and can be slippery if there is dew/ice on them so good footwear is recommended. If I had to be picky, given how busy the park is at weekends, it would be nice to have more refreshment vans serving teas/coffees/snacks than just the central cafe which has a very long queue. Also, the park doesn't have so much about it to justify the £3 parking fee. Bradgate Park would be a better shout in my opinion.

Had a great afternoon here, there are loads of different walks, some are a bit flatter than others. The climb from the bottom car park can be steep at times, so if you are not so good on your feet, park in the top car park. The walk through the woods down from the top offers great views over Loughborough. Lots of wood carvings to spot along the way. Visit the woodmans cottage and wonder at his skill. Do not miss the labyrinth, it's a magical place for young and old. We will be back again soon.

I went Saturday with my family and this was the first time I had went there so I did not know what to expect. But went we got up to the top of this steep hill, the view was amazing so we could probably see about 2 miles or more. The labyrinth was quite fun. I wish to go again.
