has honestly been a better GP than the one at home. I haven't experienced the problems that so many other people claim to be experiencing but that doesn't mean that those problems aren't happening. As far as my healthcare has gone though, everything has been smooth sailing so far and a lot more accessible than my small, country town GP.

Has been better to me than my home GP. Always manage to get an appointment either on the same day or in the same week, and staff are generally really helpful. Have been treated for mental health as well as general health and had no problems. The online service is a big help!

Reviewing based on previous experience before the pandemic. The receptionists were always nice enough to me. The nurses are great, especially the ones who take blood. Very calming and understanding when I was nervous. The doctors however certainly need to do better. I have repeatedly visited them with symptoms of different issues over the years and they either know absolutely nothing, or don't really care. I had to beg one to take a sample from my mouth and it came back I had strep. When I mentioned how happy I was to finally know what the issue was, I was then met with a bit of a patronising "It was only a small infection." Sure. A reoccurring one that kept me ill for two weeks at a time. I also had another issue that I was told would clear up. I went back a few different times because this issue lasted me for a few months. It took a phone call from my home doctors to give me a diagnosis and treatment which has severely helped my issue within a week.

Overall, I think this is a pretty good practice, and far more competent that my GP back home. The doctor I had was very lovely and understanding. The staff are friendly, a good experience altogether.

Awful, students of the University of Lincoln - do not move to this GP. I understand the NHS is underfunded but this practice is something else. You're lucky if they even answer the phone, and if you get an appointment 9 times out of 10 the receptionists have booked you on the wrong day (especially for phone appointments - which is the majority of the appointments due to the current covid situation.) If you do get a phone appointment chances are they won't ever call and you'll be trying to call wondering where your appointment is - but yet again they don't answer the phone. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
