Absoloutly awful do not reccomend this practice AT ALL infact i want to warn as many people as possible of the completely awful systems and TERRIBLE, RUDE service. Im sure not all the staff would be so bad but i think they have had to develop thick skin from the awful booking system. Ring up at 8am on the dot to get an appointment but it is impossible to get through. You start ringing at 10 obviously cant get through call hang up call hang up etc constantly engaged from 8am eventually get through at about 8-10 past sometimes even later and they are booked up and rudely say you should have rang at 8am on the dot 😣😯🤕 shocking. Regestering somewhere else today. Drs seem to be good, very very skilled but dont always focus on just the medical problem but will instead chat away for ages about what you have been up to. I am changing practice today after yet another failed booking. Such a shame as i have called up just at a random later time in the day before got a really nice lady answe who made an appmt for that afternoon but that is a rarety in my personal experiance. I can not speak for any other persons experiance just my own xxx
