I want to review and write, On initially going into coughtry we were really impressed by how helpful they were. We were given a date and told it would take 10 days. It took 4 weeks, and although they did do a couple of extra plumbing bits, and the bathroom is lovely it's taken me a while to really enjoy it. We had to complain that they hadn't grouted under the sink, then then did it but not properly so had to re do it, They never cleaned the tiles after grouting saying they do it later with some paper towel, they did it and were obviously happy with it. A year on there is still grout on the tiles that I just cant remove without damaging the tiles. The grout is falling out around the windows The wood around the door is about 1cm above the tile, The radiator is too close to the toilet, I was never asked where I wanted it. We also had the hallway decorated a week before they did the work and was promised they would leave it clean and tidy, they cleaned it and were satisfied. But the walls were marked which I had to wash down and clean, the doorway paintwork was scratched which I had to repaint. They also said we would have a fully working toilet which they bought us a bucket to use for a few weeks. They did an ok job, and although they were pleasant guys I would not reccomend.
