5 stars for the rides and value for money. 1 star for the 'feel safe' factor. Far to many people allowed in for such a small place and no obvious guidance once in to keep your distance. On numerous occasions I had to ask people to give space and staff didn't seem to care once you had paid.
Nothing has changed. Same old Joyland. Years pass and Joyland remains. Kids had fun, but social distancing virtually not existing. They have put sanitizing gels out and there supposed to be a one way system, but they don't control how many people are in. There's 2 chaps at the front, so it looks like there is a system in place, but in real life, there isn't. There was far too many people to walk passed, not to mention social distancing. They should learn from Pleasure Beach and organise themselves. It should be safe for people. What goes with loads of people...long waiting times. Disappointing.. but kids had fun.
Great place for younger children, Lots of rides are contained in a relatively small area, If you add in all rides being the same reasonable price (£1.50) You can see why on our two visits it was busy, Our grandson particularly liked the Spook Express and the Tyrolean Tubs..... Well worth a visit if you have young (grand)children.
Great family friendly classic amusement park on a tiny site. Good choice of rides. Makes full use of available space. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Real trip back in time! Nostalgia central! Wonderful. Strongly recommend a ride on the snails!
Joyland is good for young children. I can remember the rides as a child myself. Now im sharing the same experiences with my son. Brings back a lot of good memories.
