Honestly can't recommend Adam from the Lincoln branch enough!! We were actually on a video call with a different kitchen company when I booked our kitchen appointment with Wren and I am so grateful that we did! Adam listened to everything we wanted, added his personal knowledge and experience to our kitchen and now it's fitted and it's honestly everything we've dreamt of! Any questions we also had via phone or email Adam was quick at responding and he was always honest when he wasn't 100% sure about something. We're so happy and it's all thanks to Adam - we will also recommend him and Wren kitchens to all our friends & family!

Wren kitchens were fantastic from start to finish. The planning was easy and straightforward with the adviser being brilliant and giving us some great ideas. The measuring up and 3D plan was great and the delivery was on time. The units are fantastic and such good quality. Couldn’t fault them at all and am extremely pleased with the result. Definitely five stars.

We arranged a time to attend the showroom, had a walk around with the designer, then sat down and planned our new kitchen. Everything went well, finalised everything, agreed on the delivery date, and paid the deposit. A few weeks later, after arranging our own fitter, we paid the balance, and we were ready. Then the bombshell, a little over a week before our agreed delivery date, we received a phone call, then an email, confirming our delivery date, four days later than agreed. To some, this wouldn't be a problem, but we'd arranged our own fitter, and he was busy. This delay meant our fitter could complete. When we discussed this with Wren, no information was available as to why the change and they refused to change the day back to the original date. We were left with no choice but to cancel the order. Would I recommend Wren Kitchens, no? Some of their processes run smoothly, but the important ones, like your delivery, they will decide when you have your kitchen, not you. If that doesn't meet your needs, tough. Yes, we got the usual sale pitch in the store, how they're better than other brands. This I always take with a pinch of salt, maybe you are, maybe not. At the end of the day, few companies have a customer service ethos as bad as yours, well, unless you consider a well known low-cost airline. Thankfully, they don't sell kitchens.

Had a very nice kitchen installed by Wren. Prompt, efficient and polite service from start to finish and plenty of attention to detail in designing and finally fitting the kitchen, with regular updates and checks along the way. I'd highly recommend them! Order number 331690

Very disappointed with wren kitchens. we brought a kitchen 4 years ago, back in lincoln, got a full break down before we put a deposit down what we were paying for each product. So wren was on top of our kitchen supplier for our second home. Went in yesterday spent 2/3 hours designing a kitchen we wanted, got a price of 14k plus, we were happy, was told they will email it across, we only got 3D images of the kitchen with no floor plan or a break down of what we were paying for, but when I asked for a break down, I was told we never gave out floor plans or a break down of products, WELL I DID 4 YEARS AGO. I was told I needed to pay a deposit before I will get a break down and a floor plan, which I was very disappointed, SO WREN EXPECT US TO Part WITH OUR MONEY WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WE'RE PAYING FOR. REALLY WOW
