One of our worst experiences. We were continually lied to, by all staff. 1 The mattress is on the van ( from 7am until 7pm) 2 There was no van 3 “ A refund will be no problem.! “ more than six weeks later we are still waiting. Excuses were as follows; 4 I will put the money back on you card today! 5 we have been very busy ( empty shop) so we can’t talk to you. NO PHONE CALLS AND STILL NO REFUND. We intend to complain to Trading Standards. They all tell lies and the system is a shambles.

Ordered a mattress at the beginning of August & the delivery date was 8th of October & got a call on the 7th saying they don't have the mattress in stock & the next delivery will be November! & as I needed the mattress months ago as I have been struggling to sleep with a bad back i couldn't wait that long so I got my money back as this is really really poor service from a big company! But to be fair on the lads in the shop they did everything they could to try & sort this but with no luck & its got 1 star off me as you can't leave a review with no stars so 1 star is a complement! Avoid like the coronavirus

Absoloutely terrible customer service, bought a bed which, when delivered, was not supported in the same way as the display version, so sags terribly, trying to get any meaningful communication or customer service is impossible

Bough a new bed, mattress and tables. Great service and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

This review is also on Trustpilot - no response from Bensons as of yet Original review: The sleep-pro analysis helped me to find the perfect firmness for a mattress and the sales team were extremely patient whilst I tried every mattress with that rating in the store. The team were extremely helpful with finding the perfect frame that I wanted and I ended up buying what they had suggested. EDIT: After being told my delivery would be between 7am-1pm and I would only get 30 mins notice I had to book a day off work so that I could sign for my bed. Upon receiving my order I found that the centre rail (one of the most important parts) was missing! I rang customer services straight away and was on hold for 50 minutes in total, with the only resolution being that I would have to wait 7-10 working days to get the piece delivered, which I would have to book more time off to sign for or collect the missing piece from the store. I'm disgusted that they not only missed a such as large piece of the frame but that I was on hold for almost an hour and also have to wait up to 2 weeks before I have to collect the missing piece from store. I'm now without a bed frame for the next 2 week's and have not received an apology from Benson. I will be emailing them to express my dissatisfaction. EDIT 2 : Gone from 5 stars to 2 and now 1. The missing piece was delivered to my home address and left outside of my door for anyone to have. The parcel was apparently signed for, I don't know who by. Someone at the Lincoln store told me that this has happened to multiple people recently. I have spoken to customer services to complain about this and all they could tell me is that on their system it said it to deliver it to my home. When I said it had been confirmed TWICE that it would be delivered to store they said there was nothing else they can do about it. I am even more disgusted by the service now and expected Bensons to do something about this issue! This experience has seriously put me off using Bensons for Beds again. Above was also sent to their enquiries email. Have not received any response from Bensons on any of my emails to them sent on the 22nd and 26th Jan, it in now the 8th Feb. Customer services on the phone were extremely rude and unhelpful. Have not received an apology. Absolutely disgusted. Otherwise nice bed. It is a shame the sales team at Lincoln were very good, just let down by the rest of the company.
