Toni was a delight as she sat us down on a comfy display suite. Explaining in finite detail what the breakdown of the cost of the sofa was plus optional extras. The only downside was the cost of the removal of the old sofa . Of which we will now dispose of ourselves. Besides that it was a pleasant experience. And looking forward to our new purchase being delivered in time for Christmas

I went into the store on the 27th with my family, we had seen a sofa online and a similar one at SCS but wanted to see them in person. We walked around for 15 minutes without even a nod of greeting from the two salesman who were sat near each other, one on a computer the other on his phone. I'm a salesman and this is completely against what I've been doing for the last decade. I walked out and placed an order with SCS, which is a shame because I liked the sofa at DFS but I will not give an order to such rude people. If that's what there pre sales service is like imagine what the after sales service is like.......

Sales man Phil was honest and to the point. Just what we wanted when spending so much money. Very good at purchase point.

Probably better than the similar shops near by, more modern ideas and made with good material, nicely laid out also, plenty of space. The staff were helpful and knowledgable, with some sales on currently that were really good.

Very good sales person, helpful but not pushy, would definitely recommend.
