I was recently in store to find some laminate flooring for my downstairs hallway and toilet. The sales team were great and found a suitable product. A couple of weeks later it is due to be delivered. I was told in-store that their fitter should get it done within a short time period. Their carpet fitter has been in contact today to say that he can't come round for 8 weeks as he just hasn't got space in his diary to fit me in. I feel disappointed that the store has misled me on how long it would take. I think their sales team need to manage expectations on timescales better. In the meantime I'll have to store the laminate in the loft so it's not clogging up the house over Christmas.

My mum and I came into the Lincoln store last month after looking around several stores looking to purchase a sofa. We already had in mind what we were looking for. After a short while browsing around we were approached by sales assistant Brian. Brian was an excellent advisor offering all the information we needed and made everything simple and stress free. We didn’t feel pressurised ( which can often happen) and we felt he did everything possible to make sure we also received a good deal by telling us about all the offers that were available to us. Excellent, friendly, professional service from Brian, thank you!

I place an order yesterday with Anthony and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone there were really nice and friendly. Unlike DFS across the road who were just plain ignorant. If you need a good sofa at a good price in and around Lincoln don't waste your time shopping around, just go to SCS.

Wow DON'T BUY HERE I just found out that they don't 14DAY RETURN policy, once you get the stuff you have to keep it no matter on top of that, they forced me your bunch of insurance that is pretty much useless I'm done with SCS but if you have to, I Believe When Buying online or from their website you do get the 14 days I am not sure but if you really have to buy SCS this would be your best option. go to the store give it a try but don't not buy there they will roll you up and take all your money. I just wanted to exchange my sofa for a more expensive one even that they didn't allow..

Truly dreadful service. Having admitted they fitted the wrong grippers on a stair carpet which has resulted in numerous bloodied toes have just been called this morning to say the fitter is not coming today as the fitter cannot now get the correct grippers despite being booked for weeks and having to take up the old/new carpet leaving the underlay bare for four days. A lie or downright incompetence either way go anywhere else but this shower! And so it continues, emailed the execs office as requested - no reply, and now the fitter has just cancelled AGAIN with no date set for fitting! Shame you cant give zero stars.
