Had a walk in wardrobe built with sharps I am more than satisfied with them I love the wardrobe the fitter Paul was very friendly and professional the whole experience from start to finish was very good . The Lady in the shop was very helpful and the Design consultant that came to the house was also friendly and put me at ease helping me to design my wardrobe. Would definitely choose sharps again

Went inside as we needed a couple of empty cupboards fitting with shelving etc. Shop said no problems and made a design appointment the next day. When the "designer" came round he was quite snotty saying that they don't fit inside cupboards and if we wanted to swap the fitted wardrobes we already have we would have to remove them ourselves. Now when I buy a new kitchen or bathroom the old one is removed by the installer so why any difference for a bedroom is beyond me. Also if the wall or board above the door of the cupboard wasn't there it would be considered an "alcove" and they would fit a wardrobe there. He was quite snotty saying that these design appointments cost £300 when you factor in shops and advertising in and made it clear we were wasting his time. Well we were looking at spending a few grand on our bedroom and if they don't want the work then they are going to get into financial difficulties sooner or later.

Shop tried to sell us a cupboard interior. They DO NOT SELL THESE. The designer did off to replace our built-in wardrobe, if we pulled it out ourselves. Shop does not understand its products
