Very pleasant experience at Lincoln store today. Sabina and Mary were most friendly and helpful, showing and guiding us through the various options to find comfortable seating. Free on site car parking, coffee and biscuits and toilet facilities too. We have information, prices and dimensions to consider/fit into our room to enable us to make a decision/place order. My son and I went on Friday to be met by two ladies ,who knew their job!dealt with us in a wonderful 2 hours of sheer pleasantness, never rushed ,no push hard selling ,every detail explained as well ,so we have purchased what we needed with no hassle just pleasant explanations,cup of tea, and job done .their names were Mary and Sabrina ,and will definitely go and see them if only to thank them again for such pleasantness and explanationot into what we purchased.

I like friendly service but not to the point where the sales person stands over you all the time. My husband and I went back for a second look at some furniture and couldn't have a private conversation as the gentleman wouldn't leave us, he stood there staring. It completely put us off and made us feel uncomfortable so we walked out.
