My mum had the whole of her new house carpeted, plus vinyl laid in the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet was fitted on one day by one set of fitters and they did a really great job. However, the vinyl was laid by a different fitter on a different day and he did a really shoddy job. He fitted the vinyl over the top of a screw that must have been lying on the floor. He also didn’t bother fitting the vinyl all the way to the wall where the washing machine would stand, which means the first time the washing machine needs to be pulled out, it will rip up the vinyl. My mum, being elderly and having just found out that her husband was dying of cancer, was going through a particularly stressful time, what with moving house, as well, and didn’t want to make a fuss. However, I felt that a complaint needed to be made. Had I even received an apology, I would not be writing this review as an apology goes a long way. However, there was no apology, just a rather brusque offer to come and sort it out. Not good! Will definitely not use this company again.

Always had fab service until I visited on 8th Sept 20. The chap there made it very clear he was not happy working on his own. Or working with customers for that matter !! I asked for a quote and measuring up service , he snapped " No you have to do it , I've no body to come to your house , we are short staffed . Measure your stairs yourself " . So we left . We have spent lots of money with United over the past few years but not sure if my custom welcome any more . !!

Friendly service and cold hard truths. No waffle or flannel from staff which is how I like it. Very reasonably priced on beds which is what I went in for. Definitely shop again.
