Being someone of the larger size desperately wanting to lose my weight so I can be more healthier and happier within myself I have always struggled to find a gym/place that I feel comfortable in and part of the group. Different Class has made me feel like this and much more. With a wide range of classes and amazing instructors it is now an enjoying and satisfying hobby I do...no longer feeling out of place and instead feeling part of a fun energetic community. I seriously can't thank Ady and his team enough for supporting me and helping me achieve my dreams and goals! I know when I reach 40 I will be able to say I have finally achieved! Thank you xx
Can honestly say im absolutly loving goin to the classes..im lovin everythink about it..love the fact i can go and feel comfortable in my leggins and baggy tshirt...because theres no skinny person caked up in makeup in lycra takin selfies 😆😆😆😆LOVE IT x
