Great team and good facilities. Always able to get on a machine and is cleaned thoroughly
3 Day Trial. Lad on front desk was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Reasonable sized gym with good equipment. Clean, tidy and well set out. Free parking right outside. Reasonably priced drinks in vending machines which is rare for a gym. Equipment differs from alot of gyms I've been to, seems more functional and is obvious they've spared no expense.
Just found out one of the PT's has spent the last 6 months trying it on with my partner. 25 year relationship now over. (Nice one joe h)

What a terrible service. Had a three day pass come to use today about twenty minutes ago. On the basis i like the gym and it was equipped with what i needed would of signed up.
Was left to wait in a que whilst he was on the phone to head office. A gentlemen come from behind and he buzzed me in. I had my pass on phone and could of been scanned into. The personal trainers just walked past two three times. Looks like your not botherred about signing new customers up. Really disappointed. Would of expected better from DW.
