Great equipment, however there are too many people attending and you can barley use anything.
1st time back in since the start of all this covid issue. Nice refresh inside, good spacing and plenty of cleaning product 👍
worst gym i been to so far, hardly anything there very poorly kept and maintained 1 drinking fountain which you have to go across the other side of the building for. I am a member here and wish i never joined, really need to step up with new aquipment double up on things place another water fountain and get the staff to do some work clean machines down put things away were lazy people don't and have some pride in were they work!!!! hoping when they reopen things will get better not holding my breath.
The staff are lovely but we thought we had cancelled our memberships, which can only be done online...and to our shock we were contacted 3 months later and told that they had no record of it as it didn't go through properly and we had to pay another £140. including a £10 administration charge each...gutted and broke. Make absolutely sure when you cancel that you get an acknowledgement email.
Cheap gym, has enough of what you need, but when things are broken takes ages to fix, literally things can be broken 2-3 weeks before they are repaired. The hygiene can be terrible at times, sometimes its like a cleaner hasn't been in for days. You may ask why I still use it, well it is the closest gym to me and is very cheap, but still a cleaner and fixing equipment should be standard regardless of price. Staff are nice, only had 1 member of staff who was arrogant in her service, shes seems to have left now anyway. Apart from that all the staff have been friendly and nice. When the cleaner has been and its clean, and things are fixed and working, its a very nice gym to use.
