Amazing studio!! I have been practicing in the studio over a year and I am incredibly grateful. Today I did my first online practice it was also brilliant. Grace is an excellent teacher and very welcoming. I cannot recommend it high enough.

Central Wellness is a really lovely space. The studio is clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. I've only visited once, but it was the perfect venue for a workshop (which I loved). If I lived closer, I would definitely go along for more yoga practice - everyone I met was really friendly and I felt very welcome. Thank you 🙏🏼
CENTRAL WELLNESS IS AN EXCELLENT YOGA STUDIO WITH A VERY QUALIFIED AND FRIENDLY INSTRUCTOR GRACE. THE CENTRE ALSO OFFERS PILATE'S CLASSES - TAI CHI CLASSES - MIND FULLNESS MEDITATION CLASSES - WITH SOME LOVELY INSTRUCTOR'S. MASSAGE TREATMENTS ETC. CENTRAL WELLNESS IS A VERY FRIENDLY, VERY CLEAN CENTRE, YOGA IS UPSTAIRS, AND THE TREATMENT ROOMS ARE DOWNSTAIRS. EASY PARKING, A LOVELY PLACE TO JOIN AND MAKE FRIENDS, I PERSONALLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTRE ENOUGH - EXCELLENT. JUNE
I have had many yoga teachers in my time as well as having worked at many retreats, Wellness centres and alike. I have to say that what Grace has created here in Lincoln is wonderful space, perfectly designed to meet many needs, looking after mind, body and soul. Grace is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had and I will feel very torn when we come to leave Lincoln as I have come to value my classes very highly. From the beginner to the pro - this is a place for everyone!
