A business doesn't exist without staff to answer the phones! The automated message sucks as it's nearly 2 minutes of useless information that has no relevance!! Your customers want to speak to you to find out about your facilities but the automated service and lack of been able to speak to anyone is unbelievable! Maybe you could address this as I'm not the only one complaining about your lack of customer service and the ability to pick up a phone.

Cold...the water is very cold, some staff are unhelpful, there is even tissue at the bottom of the pool, the changing rooms are cold too, do not visit the pool.
