I purchased the LIFE Nevada Garden furniture set from Norfolk Leisure and was amazed by how excellent their customer service was. This company is so professional and experienced nothing is too much trouble, in fact I was so impressed I’ve since been back and purchased sun loungers and furniture covers. If you want excellent value for money, impeccable customer service, quick delivery and Fantastic quality then this should be your only choice for garden furniture supplier.

Bought a 2.8 x 2.8 sliding roof gazebo from these guys earlier in the year. It sat in the garage for weeks waiting for the weather to improve. The weather did improve and I spent a small fortune on rubber supports for the feet, fixings/bolts and diamond drill bits (20mm porcelain floor tiles!!) only to find that half of the components in the box were either damaged, dented or scratched (some were all 3) It appeared to have been packaged reasonably well so the damage must have occured in the factory and blatantly ignored and packaged anyway. What an appalling quality control issue. Loving the design of the gazebo i asked for a replacement (hoping the disgraceful quality control problem was an isolated one) but was told they would rather replace the damaged parts. Until of course they realised that there were so many dented or scratched bits that they refused. I asked for it to be replaced again but they then said they couldn't send another because (now into the first lockdown) they couldn't send a 2 man delivery team. I offered to help the 1 man delivery guy unload it if they sent one but that wasn't acceptable to them either. I eventually wasted more time boxing it back up and told them they could have it back. Guess how many men they sent to collect it? Just the one. Priceless. So I had to help him onto the van with it anyway. Then found out they'd sent him all the way from where the gazebo had come from in the first place so he could have brought one with him. This simply defies belief. So, in summary, they would rather refund me for the gazebo rather than be bothered to send me another. What an amazing way to run a business. No offer was made to refund any of the now useless fixings or very expensive drill bits either. Although a quick internet search reveals these are all out of stock again so not sure if this is a seasonal thing or presumably the rest of them were of such poor quality they have stopped selling them. Lucky escape if you ask me.

Not a helpful company to deal with. Bought one of their parasols and base, and it kept blowing over with hardly any breeze at all. Emailed company, and they asked which base I had got, I told them, and when they realised I had got the correct base, they told me that these parasols should be used with a table, or if you want to use it free standing, it has to have a stronger base. I asked them where on the box it gave you this information, and they replied, this information does not need to be published, it is up to the seller to tell you this information. I didn’t want to give them any stars, but had to put the one on so I could post.

Unhelpful salesman who sold me a store -show Gazebo and forgot to mention there was something wrong with the Gazebos sides (1 of them was not for that gazebo it had zips wrong way round - so now cannot zip up). Customer service staff were extremely unhelpful and were obviously not telling truth. The Gazebo itself is great - shame about the sides and staff.
