Helpful staff but not in your face or pushy. Clean store with one way walking clearly marked and hand sanitizer available. Prices great in the sale too.
Had to phone the store as our leather care kit didnt arrive with the settee. Spoke to a really helpful young lady who posted the kit to us. It arrived in 3 days. I cant fault this service. Thank you AHF. You've got customer service spot on!!!

Store and staff lovely, but trying to sort a problem out is diabolical....we had our sofa delivered 7 weeks ago, arrived dirty and with pen marks on it...this was noted at the time by the delivery drivers...we asked for a replacement..their counter offer was we will send someone to clean it...hubby said if I wanted a dirty sofa I would have bought one, I don't want my brand spanking new sofa cleaned, I want what I paid for a new clean sofa...7 weeks 2 days and we are still waiting..NO ONE RETURNS OUR CALLS

Lovely experience, clean store, friendly staff and everyone making sure we were ok. Hand sanatiser at a lot of spots also which was very nice to see in these times.
