I spent a few weeks on this end of the country earlier this year. My daughter has been interested in learning a martial art for a while (and what father doesn't want her daughter knowing how to protect herself?).
So we took the opportunity to attend a few classes with Rosie to see how she found it.
My only complaint is that Rosie's class is too far from where we live.
My daughter found it really enjoyable, although difficult. Rosie makes it look easy. But, she really took her time ensuring that even amateurs like us could follow along with the clearly more capable class.
I would throughly recommend it!
An awesome club with brilliant people! I've gone from beginner to black belt and I absolutely love it! Such a fun way to keep fit and feel strong!

Very welcoming, perfect for beginners. Both Rosie and Kerrie are great coaches and really help to put you at your ease in what could otherwise be an intimidating environment!
