Purchased 2 bags of hay & straw for my partners rabbit. Unfortunately, two days later the rabbit passed away meaning we had no use for the items purchased. Went into store today to return the unopened goods to be told they don’t accept returns and could only offer me a credit note. I now have a useless credit note which I’ll struggle to get rid of due to the fact we have no pets.. Also, the woman on the counter couldn’t even look at me when talking which wasn’t great from a customer service point of view. Wouldn’t use again even if I did have a pet.

Good pet centre with plenty of stock of good quality to choose from, some very good bulk buy bargains, friendly helpful staff.
