Trying to get an appointment. I've been holding on phone for 59 mins so far trying to speak to a receptionist and am still only number 3 in the queue - although I started at number 11. By the time I get to 1st in the queue they will be closing for lunch! Aaaaarrrggghhhhhh!!!!!!
