Went in to ask for quotation for a house move. Asked the lady if I could speak to someone in relation to this.. Her response " Am I not good enough then?" I apologised, explaining I did not mean offense.. She said that's fine. It is apparently her business with her Partner. Having found her quite rude and defensive in manner, needless to say we agreed we would not proceed! I was going to buy a fridge freezer in addition to the house move So her frosty and defensive manner has cost them business! My only regret is apologising when I had done nothing wrong.
