It is as always, a great place to visit. Very friendly staff especially Laura who goes out of her way to assist us keep our 8 month old Goldie happy. Today was for a jacket and harness. She made sure of correct fitting. Didn't give up until we and Mylo we're happy. She is a credit to your company

Strolled around with my dog and she found the odd dropped pick and mix on the floor, good tester to see if she likes them. Not sure how many points on the loyalty card, but get the odd offer through the post which never used as not relevant to what I buy.

Absolutely awful ! No where near enough staff to help customers which caused groups of people less than 1metre apart cramming down aisles to get seen. The checkout queue was even worse with one female on it and queues leading into aisles. Great prevention of the spread of and infection. Any person should see that more staff to serve will help the flow of customers out of the store as quickly as possible with no risk to employees or customers. I definitely will not be returning.

Ordered online for click and collect, the first time the order was sent back. When 4 days later it was available to collect no members of staff even attempted to help us and we were left waiting for half an hour while the assistant at the till stood there watching us and ringing the bell. Called up on our way home to ask if home delivery could be arranged or if we could get a refund was told we'd have to go back. Instead I contacted head office and my order is now due for home delivery tomorrow. Something the store said wasn't possible to arrange!

Good choice of products and friendly helpful staff. Parking easier than anticipated in December! And free!
