***First time customer*** I'd first of like to thank everyone there for how excellent the staff were at not only being helpful but also how positive they are in the store despite the current situation of Covid and keeping socially distant at all time whilst remaining helpful. The lady that served both my and my baby daughter not only gave excellent advice and which fish would go great with our current 290L tank but even kept the little one entertained too. Happily bought 2 black mollys and a large Yellow fish as well as 2 packs of Frozen blood worms. Thank you ever so much and I'll definitely be a returning customers 5 stars *****

I purchased some solvent weld PVC pipework and fittings and a kind lady from the store gave me a call to let me know that one of the parts I had ordered would not fit with the rest of my order as she was looking over it, so this was promptly sorted out with the right sized part. totally recommend using this supplier for any pond needs.

Fantastic place. Very informative and gave us lots of guidance. Also releaved of two fish that came with the aquarium that was given to us as they had become extremely territorial after being the only fish in the tank for over 4 months and were attacking any fish that were trying to introduce. Thank you for your help.

ABSOLUTE BRILLIANT SERVICE AS ALWAYS. My husband has got a pond pump that is no longer made and Kev the owner of the Aquarium went out of his way to see if unit can be repaired which sadly he found out it cannot, but suggested a alternative pump with me sending this picture to give his opinion. Even, (as we live in the next village to the owner), he would drop in to see my setup to confirm that new pump would be suitable and what pipework needs amending. EVERY TIME I DO BUSINESS THIS IS HOW GOOD HE IS. WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE?
