Went to see Tenet, and during these uncertain times the staff were very kind and polite. Whilst maintaining social distancing rules it was nice to have a conversation before the movie started. I give much appreciation to the wonderful staff at The Arc.

Delightful front counter girl, Kaylee, saw us having a look through the window and came out to give us a printout of screening times. A big smile and anxious to help. We were so impressed with Kaylee we bought advance tickets for the following day on the spot. She definitely deserves a bonus.

Don't be fooled by the older exteriors of the building. Modern inside, very friendly staff, good amenities and very clean. 5 screens, great seats with recliner backs standard price. Excellent sound and screens. Great experience and open for cinema goers. Give it a go, we did and definitely going again.👌😁

Lovely cinema, very clean and seats recline. Snack combos are very affordable. The staff is doing everything possible to provide a safe environment during covid to enjoy your movie. Would definitely recommend.
