I had the most amazing customer service experience when having some trouble. Fast response, quick action and solved the issue straight away. A rare thing these days, but made me smile!

Had a great night out watching The Jersey Boys tonight at Hirstys. Brilliant atmosphere. Staff really friendly. Food was served by lovely friendly helpful staff. And as always the hirsty burgers were the best. Thank you all and look forward to choosing a film for next week😊👍👍🌟🌟🍔🍟🥂

We stayed at Hemsby Beach Holiday Center, so my husband had planned a nice evening for us here, and we have really looked forward to it, our kids have never been in a drive in bio before. We packed the car with blankets and snacks, and were ready to go, but our car was stuck in the mudd, and not even with all our neirbours help could get the car loose. We were all super dissapointed but nothing we could do about it. My husband wrote about a half heartede message to Outdoor Cinema Live, not really expecting a refund. They replied quickly that we could either get a refund or a voucher super polite and no hassle. What a great service. We love 3 hours away from this place, but we will definitely book here again, when were are back in this area. Thank you for a great service.

This place books out so quick and me and my partner finally got VIP row for Hocus Pocus! (best film ever). The experience was amazing. The stewards were really helpful. It's all really well organised. The screen is much bigger than I thought and I'm sure from even the back row it would be easily seen aswell because of how the stewards make people park. Toilets are pointed out to you as soon as you get there and you're told to put your hazards on if you need assistance which I thought was clever. (quick note, tune in to fm2.. Not fm1 as we found out after panicking that our car couldn't pick it up 😂 we figured it out eventually) Ordered food on the app, it took an hour but to be fair we didn't order as soon as we got there and there was already a fair few cars there and we did order quite alot of food haha all the food was soo good and hot, we payed by card without having to leave our car and top tip, get the pick-n-mix!! It's soo good and sold out so quickly, we were lucky to get some! 😍 Hats off to all the stewards for pushing nearly every single car out of the mud! Almost everyone got stuck, wheels were just spinning so they cancelled the next showing which is sad for them. There was plenty of stewards on hand to push those cars out the mud though so thanks to them for helping everyone! (please note this doesn't usually happen, it was only due to the recent downpours and they chanced it but unfortunately too many cars got stuck) Will definitely be going again!
