Worst experience of my life. Items from my unit have gone missing and the owner is taking no responsibility and is now ignoring my calls. Very poor company with shocking customer service.

Brilliant and very professional storage company, not only did they provide me with first class service but everyone I have met using their facilities. 24/7 access and very helpful. Highly highly recommend.

Avoid like the plague! My things weren’t even in storage a week when my unit was broken into. No cameras, no security, nothing! Never told me I had to get my unit insured either, not that you can as the owner told me that’s why he’s units aren’t insured! Rude, arrogant, verbally aggressive, disrespectful owner. Will take no responsibility, only cares about lining he’s pockets
