ScottStorage has been a great company, they have been there for any single enquiry and have been really helpful. I had to store my belongings remotely and I felt really save leaving my things with them. Good customer service and very clear when signing or agreeing to anything that was needed for security.
As our house sale suddenly fell through, we needed storage fast. Took this company over 4 days to even bother responding to my enquiry! By then I had already booked with Ready Steady Stores, who were great!
This place only offers flimsy wooden crates for storage. Not real room storage, No thanks! Don't want my belongings shifting from pillar to post with a forklift!! Damage waiting to happen, Ready steady have actual rooms.
We have used the storage units both indoors and outdoors. Spotless units, safe and secure so that is good for peace of mind. Definitely worth the money and the staff are always helpful and friendly
Everything went very smoothly, and the prices are great as well. Very nice.
