Good level of varied stock. Price a little higher than other places. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing too much trouble and always someone there to answer questions or help in general

A great place for all you specialist cookware needs, but also stocks all those little extra bits and pieces, add ons, or accessories you could think of.

Reasonable selection but clearly less than there used to be, good service, prices OK. Used to go there for sheer scale of choice on everything - please extend your range or risk all just going to amazon.

Have used for many years. Great service from very knowledgeable sales team. Most recent visit - wanted a bread knife for Sourdough for my social enterprise baking project - Doughability. Got to hold and feel the balance of a number of quality knives. Went for Robert Welch. Can;t do that on Amazon! Foodie heaven for kit.
