Was in the process of leaving the surgery due to moving but had an appointment booked and confirmed by them but on arriving the receptionist said they could no longer see me as I’m now not their patient, the day before when I rang to check they said I was still able to attend...... very rude receptionist today just said there is nothing I can do you have left and attitude of hand gesture suggests she really doesn’t care less! Fair better practice with the old receptionists and retired doctors, first and last impressions count in any public roll and the front of house here is rude, unhelpful and think they are doctors themselves
100% a 1 star if not less. the way the receptionists speak to you is disgusting, as you can see by the other reviews many others think it as well. if i could move i would within a heart beat as they are SO rude.

Big Fan of Dr Sam. But had problems. But the new guys and girls are doing a great job. I can't fault them, so far!
Just need to point out this review is not in regard to the doctors or nurses who do a supeb job of caring for you at this surgery.
It has declined somewhat since last dec since Dr.Sam has ' retired ' from the viewpoint that sadly you are no longer asigned a doctor but apparently thats the system now. Very disappointing!
No the review is in reference to the horrendous attitude of one of the receptionists there. Did she attend a special course on how to be as dismissive and rude as possible.This happened this week. I left there seething. She was so rude and unhelpful!!!
When talking to a patient make eye contact!!! Such a shame. They are the face of the surgery and they make it a very ugly one!
