Great service, Velux replacment blinds, they double checked that I had the correct velux code, dispatched very quick, easy to install and a very good price, would recommed to any one.

Do not use, I received the first blind and it was the wrong size. They apologised and sent another which was exactly the same as the first. When I challenged I was accused of proving the wrong details and consistently asked to send photos despite already providing. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering as would never have used them, when things go wrong they are no help.

It's an online business with no in store facility. They are friendly and helpful but you have to buy online.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! ordered from yourself and your other name "blind mega store" eBay and had Sophie email me twice after the dispatch notes saying they are out of stock!!! why do you have them for sale then??? twice you have taken my money for stock you don't have!!! i will be taking this further!!!
