Nice friendly staff swimming pool is well run
The swimming instructors are fab!
Lots of parking on site.
The staff on reception are mostly lovely, have had some issues with a man who I think ended up being a manager or team leader but they were rectified quickly.
Great cafe but the gingerbread men (which my children love) are massively overpriced.
The toilets pool side are pretty abysmal. There if often a strong urine scent which I think comes from a nappy bin not being emptied / cleaned frequently enough. The sinks, soap dispensers and hand driers could do with replacing and the taps are very difficult for children to use.
The floor, since abolishing the shoe covers (to be environmentally friendly which is wonderful), is disgusting. It definitely needs cleaning more to compensate.
Could do with more seating for parents to watch childrens swimming lessons.
Informed in middle of month that won't be continuing the member as found better gym ,got informed have still to pay for next month even if wont be using it . Scam
Very good swimming pool and gym great place to go for some relaxation wait some good tunes in the pool
Lloyd is an amazing personal trainer. The reception staff are always welcoming. Some of the poolside staff could do with cheering up and smiling a bit
