Absolutely brilliant session with Edgar. I've suffered with a recurrent running injury for a while without knowing why. Edgar explained in detail what the issues where and how we could resolve them. Really interesting, informative and genuinely exciting to see the science behind how I walk! Would give way more than 5 stars if possible.

Having experienced Chronic Plantar fasciitis for some considerable time and having not received any meaningful support from the NHS, I decided to self refer to Randell’s Footcare. This turns out to be one of the best decisions I made. After an initial consultation and a further diagnostic testing session, it was agreed that I would benefit from a pair of bespoke Orthotics, to fit into my footwear plus some ‘Shock Wave Therapy’ sessions. These two treatments have afforded me to be able to walk again, virtually pain free and with the prospect of this improving further. The Orthotics were made and delivered very quickly and have proven to be well worth their expense, I have no regrets in purchasing them. I wear them throughout the day, interchanging them, with ease, between my indoor and outdoor footwear and find them to be extremely comfortable. I have had knee and leg pain for years and did not know what to do! I had a bio-mechanic assessment by Edgar. He showed me how the pain was caused by my walking pattern and my right leg being longer than the other. Edgar molded some custom made insoles which I now wear every day. My legs feel so much better and I am so thankful!

12 months ago I started running in preparation for the Norwich 10k. Unfortunately I had problems with my calf muscles after every run (even though I had been to a running specialist to have my gait checked). I decided to see a few physiotherapists who charged an exorbitant fee on each of my visits. Until one said that we should look at the cause not treating the injury. I was a little skeptical, but arranged for a check at Randells. Every step of the consultation was explained in detail and a cause diagnosed. I am now running 10k races every month with no ill effects. I cannot recommend too highly the treatment and care offered by the Randells team.

This was my first appointment with Randell's Footcare, and I am extremely thankful. Miquel was very professional and friendly. The assessment used cameras and pressure plates to record my walking. Miquel then observed the abnormalities in my walking and made me some custom made insoles which I have been wearing ever since! A fantastic service and one I would highly recommend to anyone who does a lot of sport, or just has any pains in their legs.
