This podiatrist has the best service for the best prices in all of Norwich. Especially the doctor, Dr Buchan was very delightful and humorous, because of him I reckon every other doctor is equal to him. Please go here, they give great advice for Ingrown Toenails and even give medicine for really low prices. This podiatrist deserved even better!

Would recommend to anyone. Lovely Karen helped me to get rid of a very painful veruca on my foot using that swift technology. Very friendly, professional and competent staff. 5 stars are just not enough.

Having experienced Chronic Plantar fasciitis for some considerable time and having not received any meaningful support from the NHS, I decided to self refer to Randell’s Footcare. This turns out to be one of the best decisions I made. After an initial consultation and a further diagnostic testing session, it was agreed that I would benefit from a pair of bespoke Orthotics, to fit into my footwear plus some ‘Shock Wave Therapy’ sessions. These two treatments have afforded me to be able to walk again, virtually pain free and with the prospect of this improving further. The Shock Wave Therapy was carried out over a 5 week period, during which time I noticed a gradual improvement in my condition. The sessions are short and tailored to your individual threshold to tolerate the treatment. I would suggest the treatment is a little uncomfortable rather than panful and left me with no noticeable after affects. I would certainly recommend giving it a go. I have nothing but praise for Karen Randell and her professional team and can’t thank them enough. Sarah Wright

Randell's Footcare premises on Dereham Road Norwich are a pleasure to visit. They are easily accessible, clearly visible in their white and blue livery and offer a sizeable parking area. There are three spacious well lit treatment rooms and a bright waiting area which also includes reception. The values of Randells's Footcare - courtesy, kindness, informed support and a high standard of experienced professional podiatry - are clearly evident from the warm welcome in reception and by the podiatrists. I have seen a considerable improvement in my wellbeing and mobility, now freed from knee and ankle and foot pain as a result of effective treatment over the past three years. I am a male in my seventies. The treatments covered foot checks, gait analysis and just recently a Swift microwave therapy for a painful embedded verucca. Astonishing, effective, modern equipment and up to date approaches to treatment are the hall mark of this company. I therefore have no hesitation in strongly recommending Randell's Footcare.

I made an appointment at Randell's Footcare after repeatedly experiencing intense hip and ankle pain after any high impact exercise. Edgar (accurately) diagnosed the cause of the pain on my first appointment with him and measured me insoles to correct the problem the same day. With the help of suggested exercises to target and strengthen specific muscles, and unique orthotic insoles, I am now running 4 times a week with almost no ankle or hip pain during or after. I'm incredibly grateful to Edgar and Randell's Footcare for helping me, and would highly recommend them.
