I can’t rate Rachel at Sound Advice highly enough. Her customer service is excellent and she is friendly, very knowledgeable, with a wide range of hearing aids to choose from.
Absolutely brilliant service, and the treatment by Lorraine was outstanding. She very kindly squeezed in an appointment at very short notice, was incredibly patient with my daughter and me, and dealt with my hearing problems highly professionally and effectively. Having been sent away by three other practitioners beforehand who could not help, her quick, successful treatment of my hearing problems was a godsend. Thank you so much, Lorraine!
