Could not fault this Optician's at all. I had my eye surgery at the end of the November, and wow! what life changing results, I can finally see again! I couldn't thank Jason, Hamish and the surgeon enough.

I love Optical Express Norwich. I moved there from Spec Savers six months ago.
It’s exceptionally efficiently run.
The opticians are outstanding and they are taking Covid Safety more seriously than any other business I’ve encountered since March 2020.
I had laser eye surgery in Norwich and all the staff there were extremely helpful, calming and reassuring. It's completely changed my life, thank you all so much.
Very professional team, top service, beautiful glasses and high quality assessment. Everything was lovely, I would recommend this place to everyone.
A friendly and professional team who gave me a very positive experience, in particular Neil and Sinead.
