Would be 5 stars as been going here for years with a great service everytime. However after having two eye tests, my prescription is still not right and now need to go back for a 3rd eye test. 😒
Referred by Doctor under primaryeyecare scheme for a Free check of an eye that was causing issues.
Without even speaking to an optician I was told that I did not qualify and needed to pay for a full eye test.
This is sharp practice at its best. This is not health care but profiteering. I wouldn't trust anything they tell me. Use another company if you want proper eye care.
Super clean and keeping up with current guidelines. Constantly wearing and changing PPE, clean up after every customer. Just generally welcoming and helpful and friendly!
