Got my glasses repaired there and then
Went in today and the staff were absolutely wonderful, never met kinder and more efficient customer service in my life, Claudia especially made the visit very enjoyable. Absolutely brilliant service.
staff were friendly and polite. Due to my severe anxiety I had a anxiety attack after my name was called, they were understanding and told me I can take my time. I had my sister with me but she had another opticianists but they rearranged so my sister and I could be seen together. I am very thankful for their patience and kindness.
Came during covid-19. Arrived and was ok chairs cleaned and staff were friendly, and did clean a chair after I asked beforeI sat down. However upon being here they seemed a bit disorganised lots of waiting around and bits between different staff. During the time of 45 minutes the waiting chairs had been cleaned once, not really between customers. No walls cleaned between the appointment rooms or hand rails. Quite disappointed.
Attended specsavers with my 8 year old at the weekend. Staff were professional and attentive. We picked out my son's glasses beforehand on the website and a lovely lady, Lorna, assisted in the shop (St Stephens).
Also there are measures in place for Covid, hand sanitizer by the entrance and regular cleaning.
We have been using Specsavers for years and won't go anywhere else.
