Used to have a lot of issues with this practice, however have found they’ve improved a lot, very good taking Covid measures and love the online portal.
I’ve been with this practice for 55 years, doctor Rutter delivered my first child, a home birth, one of the most amazing doctors, and a gentleman you’re ever likely to come across. Good work still being done at this partnership,Wendy Bedwell.
Since Covid-19 I have to say a huge 5* to Gurney surgery. The pressure all the team are under must be immense & very stressful. Yet I've had all the help I've needed& would like to thank each and every person who works there. Thanku 🌈👍🌈
Never had any problems, they always seem to try and help. Things are difficult at the moment with services being so over stretched but they do their best to keep things running and I don't mind waiting an extra 15 minutes for my appointment if it means the person before me has been sorted out and they're safe
Flu jab - all on time, very friendly and efficient.
