After deciding to get our muddled bathroom re-worked by NBK after reading lots of other positive reviews, we felt confident they would do a good job. From day 1 of meeting James and hearing his ideas and suggestions, we knew we'd made the right decision. There were so many team members who were involved and were excellent throughout, giving excellent suggestions and ideas. The process you go through is all laid out and there to help you make the right choices at the right points. It's very easy to just hand the project over to someone else, and then not get quite what you wanted. With NBK, you have full control at all times - whilst getting the professional experience, knowledge and advice of those who have done it all before, many times. Our fitter, Dan, was excellent - both in terms of his work and being flexible around us and also asking and discussing certain elements at different times, we couldn't have had a better fitter. You get excellent value in having this control over the process and design, knowing the end result will be a quality product. We'd really recommend NBK for a quality experience and finish. Excellent service from start to finish. We had a new bathroom installed in August over 2 of the hottest weeks of the year (not a good time to be without a shower!!). Thank you to James, Ryan, Lee, Alex, Gareth and Ben who all contributed. But naturally, a huge thank you to Jamie our fitter, who worked like a Trojan despite the heat, and made our very small bathroom look like something out of an interior design magazine. Nothing was too much trouble and we fully appreciate the effort it took to work wonders in such a small space. Following on from the bathroom, we were then booked in to have a new kitchen installation. And what a room it is, abosolutely stunning. Just over 4 weeks of disruption but so worth it. James worked his magic on the fitting and his suggestion to add more brick effect tiles has worked a treat (my apologies for ever doubting you!!). Thank you so much for all your hard work and for our dream kitchen. We absolutely love it. Thanks also to Tony for his insight in the design, Ashley for tearing out our old kitchen, Matt for the project managing, David and Jake for the electrical work, and Lee and Stuart for the plastering. Also, many thanks to Rachel, Millie and Kathryn for their swift email responses when we had any concerns. NBK are a pleasure to deal with, incredibly professional and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

NBK recently completed our kitchen installation. We could not be more pleased with the result. NBK changed everything from floor to ceiling and everything in between. Starting with stripping out the old kitchen, then re-plastering, new ceiling, electrical and plumbing work, installation of the new kitchen including supply and fitting of all appliances, new flooring and fantastic worktops. A brilliant result all round. All of their staff were great but special mention to Chris for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to recommend NBK ...

Really professional job throughout and genuine craftsmanship in all the installation and finishing. NBK are doing a great job of managing and maintaining high customer service levels through the pandemic.

My partner and I felt involved at every stage of the creation of our new kitchen. From the care, and thought, and time put into the initial design through to the professionalism, and timeliness of the installation we could not have asked for a better service. At all times we were kept informed of progress by the project manager - who also came regularly to inspect the work - and the kitchen was installed to timescale and to the agreed price, which, by the way, was fantastic value. We now have a kitchen which looks wonderful and is a delight to cook in. Very highly recommended.
