Today we bought an electric scooter and were grateful for the assistance of Michael who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and spent lots of time talking us through the various options. We would definitely recommend CareCo

I was in the Norwich store with my aunt and received a very warm welcome from Michael, to look at mobility scooters from a vary large range, spacious showroom with lots to offer. Michael demonstrated a wider variety and explained everything very clearly, helping my aunt to purchase the most suited one for her needs. He is a valuable member of staff, will most certainly shop again. Thank you Michael

A lovely showroom and plenty of selection, I was met by Chris who was very helpful and friendly, the only issue is that the showroom was very cold after being in store for a long duration
