Richard has repaired several of our household pieces of furniture, many inherited and in need of considerable attention. A few weeks back I bought a lovely Chippy Heath vintage telephone table and when it arrived it was pretty smashed up. I was so disappointed! I wanted to restore it to it's former 1950's glory so after a little researching
I found a Richard McPhee and I cannot praise him highly enough. He fixed it in a week and his pricing is extremely reasonable. My table is now beautiful and you can't even see it was damaged now.
I really recommend him, so if you need any furniture repairing or polished go to him!
Richard fixed a very delicate set of glass cabinet doors for us and did a mighty fine job. He has been in business on Muspole Street since I was born in 1984. You don't stay in business that long unless you really know what you're doing! Richard is a rare breed these days and a true gentleman to boot. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for repairs or restoration work and neither should you!
