I stumbled on the rug shop by accident...recently moved to the area and was finding my way about. I am so glad I did ! The shop has an amazing amount of rugs. I was a bit overwhelmed at having so much choice but David was so very helpful. He suggested they bring several rugs to my home ( without any pressure to buy) A time was booked and James and David duly turned up with several rugs. They were both so patient and helpful. We settled on a beautiful rug and are thrilled with it. Customer service is exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Best place in Norwich, maybe Norfolk, to buy genuine rugs - very knowledgeable and enthusiastic with stock that ranges from things like inexpensive kilims to utterly glorious silk carpets that are truly works of art and an awful lot in between. They also offer mail order which we are now using, post covid chaos, and if you don't like the carpet when it arrives you can return it - what's not like? Warmly recommended.

We bought several rugs from the Oriental Rugs team and the whole process was such a pleasure! They were patient and helpful, coming to our house with all the potential rugs and put them all in place while we made our minds up. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results.
